RETURNS:

Due to sanitary purposes, NAILS OF LA goods are non-refundable.

DEFECTS:

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each set is checked 1-3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email support@nailsofla.com your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.

EXCHANGES:

NAILS OF LA does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
